Shipping Policy

Order Process
To place an order, simply add your desired items to the shopping cart using the button on the product page. You can continue shopping or proceed to checkout at any time by clicking the shopping cart link at the top right of the page. Here, you can review your selected items, remove unwanted products, or proceed to complete your order. Please note that once an order is finalized, it cannot be modified. If you wish to place additional orders or change payment methods, please place a new order accordingly.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the quantity, value, weight, and destination country of your order. These costs are calculated individually and will be clearly displayed during checkout before you finalize your purchase. Shipping fees cover postage, packaging materials, and handling. We are committed to ensuring that our shipping process is as CO2-neutral as possible.

Shipping and Delivery
All orders are processed and shipped via DHL within 1-2 working days after payment confirmation. In the case of out-of-stock items, delivery times may be longer. We will inform you promptly if this occurs and may send partial shipments if necessary.
Deliveries are sent in plain, neutral packaging without any indication of the contents or sender, ensuring your privacy.

Please be aware that for shipments outside the EU, customs clearance and any applicable taxes or duties are your responsibility.

Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries / Returns & Exchanges
If you receive incorrect, damaged, or defective goods, please contact us immediately after receipt using our contact form. We aim to resolve these issues promptly, typically by sending a replacement. We may request the return of the affected items as proof.

Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the goods are in their original, undamaged packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us first to receive a return address and instructions. Include the original invoice copy with your return to ensure proper processing. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, you will receive a refund (excluding shipping costs) or a voucher for future purchases.
